Mobile Virtual Office enables you to keep in touch with your office even if you are away from it. Once activated,you will be receiving all Voice Mail, E Mail & Fax Mail alerts on your hand set through SMS.

The combination of Voice Mail, Fax Mail and E-Mail enables the users to use multi channel communication for their business and remain connected all day long.

Few of the features are

• Voice Mail enables user to retrieve its calls when its phone is:
• busy
• not answered


• Fax Mail will receive all user faxes right on his handset and user can get the print out of its fax from PC or nearest fax machine.
  
  User can also forward its fax to any other number he wants
  
  
• E-Mail provides you an opportunity to receive your emails out of your office even if you do not have any access to internet he/she will get the intimation of new email on your handset.You can also forward your emails to any other email account
  

How to Activate :

Activation of the service is as easy as it was never before. Simply visit our business center and get a Fax number, attached to your voice number. On successful allocation of Fax number you will be provided with user name and password to access your MVO services.

How to Access:

After activation of the service you can access your content through following channels

      From Handset:

      To access your content from your handset, dial 101 from your handset and follow
      the iVR

      From Internet/Wap:

      To access your content from Internet take the following steps

              1. In your web browser type http://mvo.warid.net
              2. Enter your Login and password as provided to you on activation
              3. You will be directed to your inbox  

Charges:

Subscription Charges

Activation Charges: PKR 50
Rental: Voice mail, Email & Fax mail will be charged Rs. 50 per month

Retrieval Charges

• Call made to 101 will be free of charge
• Downloading of messages through Web will be free of charge
• Land line (depending on package plan) charges would be applicable to Fax message forwarding on traditional machine.
• Retrieval of e-mail will be free of charge
